During this ongoing situation, Costa Calida Golf Tours will closely follow any travel advice given by the relevant Health Organisations and Governments. This situation is changing on a daily basis.
All courses and golf resorts are currently closed in Spain until at least 29th March 2020
Costa Calida Golf Tours are an AGENT and not the actual Golf Course or Hotel / Apartment, and hence we need to follow the conditions set in place by those companies.
In general, the conditions for cancellations or amendments are as follows –
GREEN FEE ONLY RESERVATIONS
Groups of 7 players of less
If your play is during the period of 14th March – 29th March, the courses have been forced to close.
One of our staff members will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
If your booking is for play from 30th March onwards, with a minimum of 48 hours notice, we can amend the date to play a later date and transfer any monies paid to this new date, or you can cancel and we will hold a credit for you for the amount paid. This credit amount will be valid to use anytime on a new booking with Costa Calida Golf Tours in the next 12 months.
Groups of 8 or more players
If your play is during the period of 14th March – 29th March, the courses have been forced to close.
One of our staff members will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
If your booking is for play from 30th March onwards, but inside 14 days of today, Costa Calida Golf Tours will speak to the relevant golf courses to ask them to waive their 14 days cancellation policy and allow you to make amendments to your dates of play or to cancel. Please be aware this is at the discretion of the course, and if they agree, we will either rebook your new dates, or issue you with a credit note for the amount you have paid.
If your booking is for play after 30th March onwards, and outside 14 days of today, you will be able to either change your dates of play, or cancel and receive a credit note for the total amount you have paid. This credit amount will be valid to use anytime on a new booking with Costa Calida Golf Tours in the next 12 months.
GOLF BREAK RESERVATIONS (this is a booking that also includes Accommodation and/or Private Transfers along with your golf)

If your stay is during the period of 14th March – 29th March, the courses and hotels / apartments have been forced to close. One of our staff members will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
If your booking is for play from 30th March onwards and inside of 6 weeks of play and you decide to cancel, this will incur loss of amount paid. We can, of course, provide you with a cancellation invoice to enable you to claim against your travel insurance policy. Please just ask us.
If your booking is for play from 30th March onwards inside 6 weeks of play and you wish to amend to a later date, we will make all the necessary arrangements to do this for you with no administration fee from CCGT. Please be aware that some hotels / apartments could charge an administration fee for this, and if this is the case, we will need to pass these charges to you. Please also be aware that the cost of the new dates could be more expensive than the current date of play booked, and in this case, you will be liable for any difference.
If your booking is for play from 30th March onwards and is outside 6 weeks of play and you want to cancel, this will incur loss of deposit paid. We can of course provide you with a cancellation invoice to enable you to claim against your travel insurance policy. Please just ask us.
If your booking is for play from 30th March onwards is outside of 6 weeks of play and want to change to a later date, we will make those changes with no administration fee. Please be aware that the cost of the new dates could be more expensive than the current date of play booked, and in this case, you will be liable for any difference.
