GOLF GREEN FEES

To Book a Discounted Green Fee: Simply follow the online instructions from our green fee page.

Deposits and Payments: If your 1^st date of play is 2 weeks or more away then we only ask for a deposit of € 25 per person (with a minimum of € 100). Your balance is then due 14 days prior to your arrival.

We accept MasterCard or Visa at no supplement, or you can pay by bank transfer (ask for our details). You can also pay cash in our office located in La Zenia or Balsicas

Online Reservations: You will be asked for payment at the time of booking, in the unlikely event that we are not able to confirm your request, then an immediate refund will be made to your credit card

Green Fee Vouchers:

Once paid in full, your vouchers will be e-mailed to you or you can collect from our offices in La Zenia or Balsicas. Please be aware that you MUST take your green fee vouchers to each course on the day of play, otherwise the course could refuse you the right to play.

Any Changes: We will not make any charge to amend your reservations. Please be aware that if the specific golf course does make any charges, these will be passed on to you. The majority of courses will allow changes with 72 hours notice for groups of 7 players of less or with 14 days notice for groups of 8 players of more.

All courses have different cancellation policies, we will refund you where this is available from the golf course, we will not make any further charges.

Golf Course – Important Information and Etiquette.

Handicaps: Most golf courses have a maximum handicap of 28 for Men and 36 for Women. It is important to bring a handicap certificate with you for every golfer because some courses will not allow you to play without one. Neither the Golf Course or CCGT will be responsible where play is not allowed due to non-provision of handicap certificate and no refunds will be made.

Soft Spikes: Almost all of the golf courses require soft spikes, and will not allow play without them. Many courses will offer to change your spikes for a small fee.

Course Etiquette: Please observe normal golfing dress code and behaviour, you must have golf shoes and a shirt with a collar. (No trainers or Jeans will be allowed on any golf course)

Buggies: Where buggies are included in your green fee this will be clearly shown on your documentation. Where they are not included we will reserve buggies where possible if requested, these will need to be paid for on arrival at the course.

Golf Equipment: Due to the increasing costs being imposed by airlines to bring your own golf clubs you may find it cheaper to hire them here in Spain….please see our Golf Club Hire section for further details.

Spanish Golf Federation Fee: Almost all golf courses in Spain charge €3 per player for golf insurance this will need to be paid for at the course. If you are a member of the Spanish Golf Federation you do not need to pay this.

Course Closure: In the event of rain a course may decide to close. If the course is closed CCGT will refund your green fee (we must have confirmation of closure from the golf course). If a course stays open no refunds are available.

CCGT Are official agents for the various suppliers. Each supplier has their own individual terms and conditions, these will apply to your booking.

IVA (VAT) is included in the cost of your green fees at 8%, if this figure increases prior to you paying your balance then the cost of your green fees will increase accordingly.

Golf Breaks

Accommodation: Full details of your type of accommodation and what is included will be in your quote and confirmation. Self-catering suppliers charge a small deposit against breakages, this varies between resort (normally around €100) and is payable directly on arrival, (refunded at end of the holiday).

Any special requests will be passed to the supplier and confirmed and supplied where possible. (CCGT will not be held responsible where facilities are temporarily not available).

The accommodation is normally available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and you are asked to vacate by 11.00am on the day of departure, this can vary by supplier and unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Deposits and Payments:- If the date of your arrival is less than 6 weeks away we will require full payment, if not we require a € 50 per person deposit with the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Accommodation Vouchers: Once paid in full all your documentation will be e mailed to you. Please check these documents carefully.

Golf Break (to include accommodation or transfers along with golf) Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booking, we will make this as unrestrictive as possible but we are bound by our supplier’s conditions which vary by supplier. CCGT will not make any additional charges.

Golf Breaks – Golf: The full details of all the golf that is included in your golf break will be shown on your confirmation and on your vouchers. Please read the Golf Course – Important Information and Etiquette.

IVA (VAT) is included in the cost of your golf holiday at 21%, if this figure increases prior to you paying your balance then the cost of your golf holiday will increase accordingly.

General Information

Airport Transfers: You will be given contact details for your driver and we will pass your contact numbers to the transfer company. Please make yourself known to the driver as soon as you arrive. All transfer details will be re confirmed to you at this time.

Disturbances: At golf venues, we accept no responsibility for loss of green fees or deposits where a person is refused play due to unacceptable behaviour, nor are we responsible where accommodation, deposits etc., are forfeited at hotels/self-catering/resorts due to unacceptable behaviour.

Insurance: We advise that you ensure you have taken out travel insurance. We do not sell travel insurance.

Travel Documents: Please ensure you bring all documentation with you. You will be required to show this to each course on the day of play and also upon check in to your accommodation.
